Housing Officer Site Inspections

We aim to carry out site inspections of shared spaces once every 3 months.  This is to make sure that the area in which you live is safe, free from hazards and well maintained.  If you wish to join your Housing Officer during their site inspection, please contact our Customer Service Team on 0300 303 5770 or info@hhs.org.uk and they will be able to advise you of the date when the next inspection will take place. 

If you live in a block of flats or other accommodation with shared areas such as corridors and stairs, please do not leave pushchairs, bikes or any other possessions or rubbish there. If you do, you will be asked to move them.  In the event of a fire, it might be difficult to see these items and this may impede or restrict your or your neighbours' exit from the building.
