Our residents

We will work with our residents to help them become more sustainable over the period of our strategy.  Through our work we will provide a range of measures which will enable them to reduce their environmental impact in an affordable way.  Examples include:

• Advice and awareness on energy efficiency through our partners
• Pilot projects using renewable energy, heat generation schemes and recycling systems
• Creating of a green residents group to assist in devising a programme of green initiatives 
• Identification of properties that will benefit from investment in renewable  energy, heat and recycling upgrades 
• Carrying out a pilot project to upgrade a home to achieve an EcoHomes ''very good' level
