Paying your rent
It is a condition of your Tenancy Agreement with us that you pay your rent regularly and on time. Rent is due each Monday, but you can pay monthly if you pay in advance or set up a direct debit.
In order to make paying your rent and service charges both safe and easy, we offer a wide range of options which means you can choose how to pay. You can use any combination of the options described below.
You will be given a plastic rent card containing your unique identification number. The card has no value and can only be used to pay your rent, but it can be used at any Post Office or at any location that offers Paypoint. These are mainly smaller retail outlets that have longer opening hours.
Other options include:
- By direct debit on any date and any frequency via Allpay
- By calling Allpay on 0330 041 6497 with your debit card details
- On-line with your rent payment card and debit card at www.allpayments.net
