In October 2023 and September 2020, the Society achieved Gold level in Investors in People, which marked 21 years of continuous accreditation. |

In October 2021, the Society achieved Silver accreditation in the Best Employers Eastern Region as a result of being in the top one third of employers based on results from our employee survey. |

In October 2018, the Society was recognised by Best Employers Eastern Region as being the most imrpoved company based on results from our employee surveys in 2016 and 2018. |
