Matt Thomas 
Chief Executive

Matt joined Hundred Houses as Chief Executive in August 2018. Matt has 20 years’ experience in social housing, starting as a Housing Officer, followed by senior roles in both housing management and asset management. In recent years Matt has worked as a consultant and before this he was Director of Housing for Flagship, and Director of Operations and Deputy Chief Executive at Charnwood Neighbourhood Housing, an arm’s-length management organisation (ALMO).

Matt is passionate about high-quality customer-focused services and delivering the best possible service for our customers. Matt leads our Executive Team.

Sean Kent 
Executive Resources Director

Sean is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, who has worked at executive director level in social housing for more than 13 years with responsibility for operational delivery, human resources, IT, governance and finance.

Sean has experience of raising commercial finance and using tax based structures to facilitate regeneration scenes. Sean has a Master’s degree in Business Administration and is a Chartered Director; winning the Institute of Directors’ Best Third and Public Sector Director of the Year 2016 for the Eastern Region.

Sean worked in accountancy practice and the Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry before working in housing. He has experience of non-executive positions on boards in health care, manufacturing and policing. Sean has particular interests in coaching and diversity.

Dan Bradley
Executive Operations Director

Dan joined the Executive Team at Hundred Houses Society in February 2022 and has significant experience in the social housing sector, having previously worked in senior leadership roles with responsibility for both asset management and development and as a consultant offering asset management support.

Dan is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has also been a Board Member in the social housing sector.

Dan has an interest in sustainability and the green agenda, and will play a leading role in setting out Hundred Houses Society's carbon net zero journey.
