Building, Safety and Maintenance Forum - Your invitation to share your views!
Last year we set up the Building, Safety and Maintenance Forum, for customers to share their views, feedback and ideas for improvement.
You are warmly invited to attend the second meeting of this forum, which will take place on Wednesday 5th February from 2.00pm to 3.30pm, at Hundred Houses offices, 51 Scotland Road CB4 1QW. There will also be the possibility of joining the session on Zoom.
At the last forum, we asked attendees what topics they would like to see at future sessions, so as requested, the main focus for this session will be Property Safety Compliance.
We will explain what property safety compliance means, what it covers, how often these safety checks happen, how we record and communicate the results and how we respond if a failure is identified.
here will be a short presentation at the start of the meeting and we’ll then put some questions to attendees. We are keen to understand, learn from you and hear your views about how we can improve in keeping your homes safe.
