Customer Information – Coronavirus (COVID-19) updated 25th March 2020
In response to yesterday’s instruction from the Government to further reduce social contact and in the interest of both our customers’ and our colleagues’ safety, our office at 51 Scotland Road is now closed to customers.
Until further notice, from today (25th March 2020), we will be operating an ‘essential-only’ repairs service (which will only include emergency repairs and safety / compliance related work).
Hundred Houses Society is still open for business though, with colleagues working from home. You can still contact us using our main telephone number 01223 315036 or by emailing info@hhs.org.uk during the hours of 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 5pm on Friday.
You can also still access our on-line tenant portal at www.hhs.org.uk
Understandably we are receiving lots of questions about the impact of Covid-19, the recent Government announcements, and the impact on our services. We have put together a Frequently Asked Questions page with some answers which we hope you will find useful. We will regularly update this so please do refresh yourself regularly so you have the latest information in this fast-paced evolving situation.
Customers who are unable to access the internet or don’t have a friend or family member who can access the updates for them can contact us by telephone on the above contact number.
Our top priority is to keep our customers and employees safe. Please be assured that we have measures in place which means we can deliver essential services during this time. We will review our response to the COVID-19 pandemic and act on Government advice daily. This may result in further operational changes which we will communicate via our website. I am sure you appreciate these are unprecedented times and we are doing all we can to answer your queries whilst keeping you informed of any changes.
Thank you for your understanding at this difficult time.
