Customer Service Standards - survey
We are revamping our Service Standards and would love to hear your views. As the world has changed significantly over the past few months, we would like to make sure we include your up-to-date wishes as part of this review.
During 2019, the majority of you told us that you prefer to contact us by telephone or letter but that you would like to go online to report repairs and track their progress, as well as look at your rent account and make rent payments. We are only too aware that things have changed with COVID-19 and that many of you are now using technology far more to do everyday jobs, like paying bills and ordering shopping. We are therefore prioritising the development of our systems so that it is easier for you to undertake everyday transactions with us.
