Hundred Houses Society are proud to be able to share that the Regulator of Social Housing has today (15 January 2025) published a regulatory judgement confirming a governance grading of G1 and a financial viability regrade to V1 (from V2).

The regulatory judgement follows the regulator’s annual stability check. G1 and V1 are the highest grades which can be achieved, reflecting how Hundred Houses continues to meet the regulator’s governance requirements (the G grading) and meets viability requirements and has the financial capacity to deal with a wide range of adverse scenarios (the V grading).

Matt Thomas, Hundred Houses, Chief Executive, commented:

“We are really pleased to maintain our governance grading, reflecting the commitment of the Hundred Houses team and the Board to make sure we continue to be well run, with customers at the heart of all we do.

“The regrade to V1, is welcomed as it reflects not only the good financial management and strong financial position of the Society, but also the completion of important fire safety remediation works and the improved data we now hold about customers’ homes.”
