Hundred Houses Society breaks ground on an exciting regeneration project creating 50 new affordable homes for Cambridge.

Hundred Houses Society, Cambridge were pleased to welcome Cambridge City Councillor, Kevin Price, Executive Councillor for Housing to break ground on a complete regeneration of the Eastfield neighbourhood at an event on 26^th October 2016.  In a partnership project with Iceni Homes and housing developer Lovell, Hundred Houses will replace 26 existing homes, with 50 new build homes.  The neighbourhood includes green spaces, rain gardens, integrated cycle paths and has been designed for the needs of 21^st century customers.  The homes are designed with high quality insulation, high efficiency boilers, windows and doors.
