Hundred Houses will shortly be conducting the 2024-25 Tenant Satisfaction Survey.
This survey is caried out every year using a standard set of questions around Tenant Satisfaction Measures that the Regulator of Social Housing introduced on 1st April 2023.
Some of our residents will be contacted, but not all.
