Residents' Forums and Focus Groups
At HHS we are keen to hear your views, understand and learn from you. There are lots of different ways you can get involved - let us know what you think and help us to improve!
One off Focus Groups
Focus Groups are one-off meetings to hear your views on a particular topic. The first group meeting was held on 10th December 2024.
If you would like to join in a future Focus Group, please let us know by emailing customerengagement@hhs.co.uk or calling 01223 856397.
During 2025, we will hold more one-off Focus Groups about specific topics. If you have any suggestions of topics you would like to discuss, please let us know and we can consider these for future meetings. We will share details of the workshop topics on our website. If you like the sound of one of the topics, then feel free to attend one of these workshops, they will last no more than 1.5 hours and you can attend in person or via Zoom. Please contact us for details about this when you see the specific workshops advertised on our website.
Building Safety & Maintenance Forum
In June 2024, we held the first forum which looked at how we could improve our repairs service. A group of customers attended and shared useful feedback with us that has helped us determine where we should focus our attention on repairs. The action plan from the meeting can be viewed here:
BSMF Action Plan - June 2024
The Building Safety & Maintenance Forum will be held twice a year and the next meeting will take place on Wednesday 5th February at 2.00pm. Meetings last about an hour and a half. Attendance can be in person or online. If you are interested in attending the next meeting, please get in touch.
Home-Owners Forum
In August 2024, we held the first forum just for home-owners and leaseholders. The action plan from that meeting can be viewed here:
